To put it as simple as possible…anxiety is a fear of the future and fear of losing control. These fears are stimulated by difficulty controlling thoughts of worry.
Today try to keep it simple. The more you remind yourself to focus on just the moment and less on future you will find your anxiety will go down. Every time you notice where you are (present, past or future) ask yourself, whatever I am thinking about…what is in my control and what is out of my control.
Then stop thinking about everything that was out of your control.
Remember…keep it simple.
